I had to call the office to find out where he was. Once he got here it was quick and he was polite. Just wished they'd communicated better.
Had them install a new sump pump before hurricane season. They explained the battery backup option, didn't push it, and answered all my questions. Pump was tested before they left. Feel a lot better going into storm season.
Water heater was making noise and then just died. Called these guys, they came out next morning, gave me the price for repair vs replace right there. Old tank was 12 years old so I went new. Had hot water by the afternoon. Clean install, no mess left behind.
